Smile

Quotes can make the page sometimes. I've had this picture of Austin in the bottom of my photo box for quite awhile. He was about 1 1/2 years old. And it was just one of those photos that didn't go with any others and I didn't know what to do with it so it kept getting pushed farther back. Then I was challenged to create a LO by My Sketch World using one of their daily quotes. And this seemed perfect for it.

Pure Joy

I have been having so much fun with all the bright fun papers that have come out. When I first saw this Basic Grey Lime Rickey I thought it was quite wild and wasn't sure I'd know what to do with it, but that hasn't been a problem. With active playful kids I find I need more.
This was one of our many days at the park. Autumn absolutely loves the swings just as her brothers do. She wants to go high and fast!

Once upon a time

This weeks Dreamgirls challenge was to use a sketch, die cut paper, and an old photo. I wasn't sure I had any photos older than 5 years old until I came across this one in the bottom of my photo box of my husband and his sister (who my daughter looks very much like). I chose to do hidden journaling as this picture of he and his sister saddens me.

Daddy

I hope everyone let the wonderful Daddy's in their life know how truly special they are. I couldn't have asked for a better man to be the father of my little ones, and hope they will always share the special bonds that they have right now.

Last Scrapper Standing

I now understand the stress that participants of American Idol and other shows like that go through. Memorable Seasons has been having a fun yet stressful contest where others vote on your LO's to see if you will survive. Only a few more weeks to find out who the ultimate winner will be. I really have enjoyed the challenges and love how my LO's have turned out.

Be Mine

Austin was so excited to get to make his own Valentines this year for the kids in his class. Every year he has watched Jacob and felt a bit left out. Though I did have to reassure him that he wouldn't be giving all the car pencils to his friends and that there would be some candy left over for him too. I found a great sketch for this LO at The Scrappiest
