I'm back

I've been without internet for a week. That was so hard to deal with. We have had so much trouble with our internet we finally cancelled the satelite, and are experimenting with alternate methods. Hoping for the best.

A week without internet does leave for a lot of scrapping time though. I've been digging into my Disney photos and am having so much fun with princess pages. These are just a few.

It's Christmas time

Well not literally! But it is time to start scrapping Christmas photos. I'm proud of myself for getting a couple LO's actually completed. You've got to start somewhere. This is Austin opening his Christmas ornament on Christmas Eve. It's tradition to get the kids a new ornament each year symbolizing something that happened in that year. So of course this year I bought them ornaments at Disney World. I used one of Liz's sketches from the Scrappiest.

OK, got my camera back :) And I'm so excited to share my Disney page. I have tons and tons of photos to scrap from Disney and am so far really enjoying doing them. I just love doing these girly LO's and this DCWV fairy tale paper is so perfect for princess pages. The gold lettering on the top reads "There lived a handsome prince". I used a sketch from Sketchy Thursdays.

No camera!

Yep my dh has taken off with my camera. He keeps saying it is much better than the one at work so he keeps taking it to work. I have several LO's I want to upload but no way to get them on here until he remembers to bring it back. I am keeping up with my goal though and am having a great scrappy day. Just finished my 3rd LO for today.

Oh Summer

Yep, I'm still longing for that warm weather. I've really become a wimp in my old age. It's 46 out and I'm freezing!!! Scrapping all these warm summery pictures lately just makes me want to lay out in the sun by the lake. This was from one of our many trips to the lake during the summer. We visited Tyler State Park. The kids and I love hitting the lake during the week when most are at work and it's never crowded. We always go in the mornings and stop to take a break for lunch before heading into the water again. This sketch came form the fabulous sketches at Sketchy Thursday.
