High on Life
I went a bit overboard taking photos at Garden of the Gods in Colorado. The rock and hills were so striking and the beautiful blue sky, I couldn't resist. Not to mention the kids were in big time pose mode for me that day. Which a lot of times is hard to get them to do. These are just a few of Jacob climbing on the rocks. I used a sketch from Debbie over at Allyscraps.

Throwdown
It is the second week of Memorable Seasons Throwdown. This weeks challenge is to use only patterned paper, no cardstock. For the most part that is pretty easy. I love me some patterned paper, but even the photo mattes have to have a pattern. It was a bit difficult to cut into my patterned paper for mattes but I have to have my photos matted. The challenge also required some stitching and a bit of bling. I used a Sketchy Thursday sketch for this LO of the kids playing in the rain. Every time it rains they want to head outside, thankfully we have more warm weather than cold weather here in Texas, so they get lot's of chances to play in it.

Forgotten Treasures
Forgotten Treasures is this weeks challenge over at Scrap Whispers. The challenge is to go digging for those scrappy items that you haven't seen for awhile or completely forgot you had. I have a basket on my desk where I tend to put odds and ends I'm not sure what to do with. That is where I found this orange MME tag for my list. I don't even know where I got it from, but it was just what I needed. I also used a sketch from Let's Scrap.
