The glory of Autumn

Colorful Creations challenge was to create a Thanksgiving tradition LO.  Well we developed a new tradition a few years ago.  We now go on vacation over Thanksgiving and enjoy spending time as a family.  So I created a LO about one of our vacations.

Finally I have finished scrapping all of the Halloween photos, well at least the ones from 2010.  Haven't even printed 2011 yet.  I used a sketch from Scrap Whispers.

 

Spending some relaxing time by the lake!  I used a sketch from Sketch Inspiration for this LO, Frosted Designs ribbon challenge, and Scrap Whispers challenge.

Baby It's Cold Outside

It only took a little over a year but I have finally finished scrapping our trip to Colorado last year.  The boys loved the hot tub, and thought it was pretty neat that they were in water when there was snow in the ground.  I used a sketch from Frosted Designs for this LO and for the Scrap Whispers challenge.

Workout #58

It's time for another challenge over at ScrapFit!  Workout #58 is all about mini pictures.  I love the look of using small pictures on a LO, of course since I print all my pictures out in bulk 4x6 I can't do it too often since it would mean cutting a lot of things out of the picture.  But I try whenever I can.  Here is the LO I created with 3 mini pictures of my daughter Autumn at the park.

On the 5th day of Christmas

Sorry no golden rings being handed out here.  At My Scraps and More it is time for my 5th day of Christmas challenge.  On the 5th day of Christmas my true love gave to me 5 colorful rings.  That's right my challenge is to use at least 5 rings or circles on a page.  You can use more as long as they are in multiples of 5.  I used 25.  Come visit us over at My Scraps and More to see all the other fabulous challenges going on.  I used a sketch from Crafty Sketches for this LO.

Workout #57

Time for a new workout at ScrapFit.  This one is called "Word of the Year"!  Show us what you can come up with in one word to describe how you want to embrace the new year.  I chose the word Peace.  It seems with 3 very active kids life is very chaotic and all I want is some peace!  This is a LO of my oldest hanging out at the pond by our house.
