It is never possible to just get a picture of Austin. He always has to do a sign with his hands or give me an unattractive facial expression. Here at the Rainforest Cafe was no exception. I used a sketch from Frosted Designs and the color combo from ColourQ.
I love what you've done with this sketch! And I know what you mean about having a tough time getting a good picture of a little boy- mine is the same way! I love how you've taken the plaid from his shorts and matched your patterned paper to it- great color scheme!! Thanks so much for joining us at Frosted Designs for Sketch Along Tuesdays!
ReplyDeleteI can totally understand you about having a hard time to take the boy's photo. My youngest is just the same. sigh.
ReplyDeleteI love your so boyish lo! Great colors and I love the simplicity of your take on our sketch.
Thank you for playing with us at Frosted Designs.
Love the page. I, too , have a child who will never take a "normal" pic. Always something! Thanks for playing along with us at ColourQ.
ReplyDeleteYour layout is beautiful, Tracy. You did a wonderful job with the colors and your photo! Keep taking pictures regardless of what your son does. You at least will have the memories someday when he is grown and at some point hopefully he will look back and laugh about it. My sons have grown up to be fine men. Thanks for joining us at the ColourQ this week.
ReplyDeleteGreat masculine layout!! Love the colors!! Thanks for joining us at Frosted Designs Sketch Along Tuesdays Challenge!
